The oldest national aviation club is planning a race for electric aircraft on May 22-25, 2023.
The first Pulitzer Air Race is a four-day, 1,000-nm cross-country (USA) race beginning in Omaha, Nebraska, and ending near Kitty Hawk, North Carolina. The race is for pilots who fly aerodynes of all types using zero-emission electric propulsion.
Pre-registration is open! The winner of the race will be awarded the Pulitzer Trophy. The race is a resumption of the Pulitzer air races first held in the early 1920s.
