IARF Reno Air Race Wrap Up

From September 13-18th, the world’s fastest pilots and crew gathered in the high dessert outside of Reno, Nevada for the 58th  Annual Reno National Championship Air Races. Aircraft from 6 different classes battled each other and the challenging weather conditions that saw a majority of the races cancelled because of  inadequate visibility on the race course due to nearby forest fires.  This didn’t in anyway deter or damper the spirit and passion of race teams or the die hard fans who came out everyday to interact with the fastest and most skilled race pilots in the world.  The IARF was there and given unique, inside media access among multiple race teams throughout the week and we will soon post the stories of these brave pilots and crew that push their respective airplanes to the performance limits and beyond.  Stay tuned, we hope to inspire you and will soon bring you coverage and reflect on the difficult but spectacular week that was the Reno National Championship Air Races.
